Obrestad Signs in with Full Tilt Poker

Obrestad’s triumph in the 2007 WSOP Europe Main Event, the inaugural running of the tournament series in London, was valued a little over $2 million, smashing UB.com pro Annie Duke’s mark for a female player in the 2004 WSOP Tournament of Champions which is over $2 million. A month later, Obrestad ended up with another $429,000 as the runner-up in the European Poker Tour’s (EPT) Dublin event.
In 2009, in the EPT Monte Carlo Grand Final, Obrestad finished 13th for $101,000. in Addition to her success, early this year, she finished 7th in the Aussie Millions Main Event for $161,000 and took down a Pot Limit Omaha preliminary event Down Under for another $37,000. Finishing in 9th place in the 2010 National Heads-Up Poker Championship at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, she collected worth $25,000.
